We take pride in the staff employed to work with our students, at all levels, to provide the high standards of education for which Alvirne has come to be recognized. Effective communication to parents and the community at large is important to us and therefore we are hopeful that this site will allow more community members easy access to key information regarding Alvirne.

Ah, This is Different

Perhaps you've already noticed, this is an entirely new web site, yes it is. Long overdue, we wanted to present more information to you, a student, parent, alumni and the Hudson Community about your Alvirne High School.

Where are my Resources?

If you mean Edline, we've posted the link as a menu item found on the left hand side. If you are seeking Academic Resources, we suggest that you review the Library menu item, where you will find the list of available resources within the library and suggested web links you may use as well. Finally, if you are looking for Guidance Department Resource, phew, you can find them under the Guidance menu. You should know, they've gone all out and provided a tremendous amount of information for you to review as you consider your future.

Quick Review

The Alvirne Web Site's primary goal is to provide current event information, and serve as a resource about our school and programs. The interactive grading element remains a part of EDLINE, also the resource for teachers to post current class information. Here, you can find the "Program of Studies" information about coursework planning and programs, standard forms (enrollment, permission slips, activity forms) and our extra-curricular activities and programs.
